The series takes a few hours after the season finale, which resurfaces with Penny's room with Leonard Raj in tow, saying, "It is not as it seems." Sheldon tries to decipher his cryptic statement and understand what he's talking about. Annoyed, Leonard's finally explains exactly what it seems - Penny and Raj spent the night together. When the four boys gather in the cafeteria, you can cut the tension with a knife, because Leonard is furious with Raj and does not understand how he could have made him such a thing. When Raj confesses that he and Penny are in love, Leonard loses his temper and reproaches him who was in love with Bernadette just a month before. Howard is shocked and the three boys start fighting. Meanwhile, Amy visits Penny to comfort her, but it can no longer bear to stay in his apartment and goes to live with her. Penny begins to question his entire life. With Bernadette, Howard and Raj film, Penny and Sheldon to work at the shop of trains, Leonard finds himself alone in the apartment with Amy.
